ROC Art is a Kuala Lumpur-based independent art consultant firm with an additional international presence in Dublin, Ireland. Specialising in private acquisitions, collection management, and consulting clients on the art market, ROC Art connects collectors of all levels with quality contemporary and ultra-contemporary art from around the globe.

Founded by Rory O'Connor in 2019, Rory previously worked as an assistant to the director of a contemporary gallery in Dublin. Rory studied Art Market Economics and Speak with Confidence about Contemporary Art with Christie's in London and holds a BA (Hons) in Film and Creative Media.

Having had diverse experiences in private art consulting, ROC Art provides clientele with the best artwork available from the emerging to the blue-chip artists of the world. Artworks are carefully selected through assiduous research from respected galleries from around the globe.
